Refund & Return Policy
At Embroidery House 2020, we specialize in the manufacturing of custom-made embroidery badges, including handmade and machine-made products. As all items are produced according to customer specifications, our refund and return policy is outlined below:
1. Custom Orders
All embroidery badges are custom-manufactured based on the design, size, colors, and specifications approved by the customer.
Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
2. Order Approval
We provide artwork/sample images for approval before production.
Once the customer approves the final design, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
We accept returns or offer replacements only if:
The product received is defective, or
The product does not match the approved design or order details.
In such cases:
The customer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
Clear photos or videos must be provided as evidence.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
4. Shipping & Handling
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier services or customs clearance.
5. Color & Size Variations
Minor variations in color, size, or stitching may occur due to the nature of embroidery work.
Such variations are considered normal and are not eligible for return or refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation is not possible.
